Meet Lalith, our dedicated Shipping Coordinator, who has been a valued member of our organization since 1999. Starting as a trainee staff member, he has grown into a key figure in our logistics operations, serving as a shipping coordinator for over 15 years.

Lalith expertly manages all shipping and forwarding documentation, ensuring seamless and efficient export processes. In addition to handling crucial paperwork, he oversees the packing staff and the pre-shipment process, ensuring that every order is carefully prepared and dispatched on time. His experience and attention to detail play a vital role in delivering our handcrafted toys to customers worldwide.

Meet Chinthaka, our dedicated Producer Group Coordinator, who has been an integral part of our company since 1999. Starting as a trainee office staff worker, he has grown into a key role, overseeing the purchasing and sourcing section of the organization.

Beyond managing procurement, Chinthaka is deeply committed to ethical and sustainable business practices. He actively documents and conducts awareness programs to promote the Fair Trade concept within the factory and among our producer groups. His efforts help ensure that our operations align with global ethical standards, fostering fair wages, sustainable sourcing, and a positive impact on our artisan community.

Meet Samadhi, the dynamic head of our Product Development Team since 2022. While leading innovation at our company, she is also pursuing higher education at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Working closely with our overseas design teams, she plays a key role in creating beautifully handcrafted toys for children worldwide.

Samadhi utilizes advanced drawing software to design toys specifically for children aged 0–3 years and beyond, ensuring they are both engaging and developmentally appropriate. She has also gained cutting-edge technical knowledge from internationally recognized testing laboratories such as SGS and Bureau Veritas. This expertise allows her to develop designs that meet strict US, EU, and AU/NZ toy safety regulations, ensuring that every toy we produce is safe, high-quality, and globally compliant.

Meet Kumari, one of our most dedicated artisans. She joined our company in 2015 and has since grown into a skilled senior craftswoman. Over the years, she mastered the art of spray painting and now leads our wooden puzzle painting center with expertise and precision. Beyond her craftsmanship, Kumari plays a vital role in our community, serving as the secretary of the Workers’ Welfare Committee, ensuring the well-being and rights of her fellow artisans. Meet Prasanna has been an integral part of our team since 2009, when he joined as a trainee spray painter. Through years of dedication and hands-on experience, he has honed his skills to become a senior painter in our factory. Proficient in all spray painting techniques, Prasanna plays a crucial role in achieving the finest finishes, especially on MDF (Medium Density Fiber) boards, which make up 70% of our factory’s painting work. His expertise ensures a smooth, flawless finish, making him an invaluable asset to our production process.
